Tusker

The delectable Tusker was created by bartender Chris Pollard for the Manchester arrack trail, during which cocktail enthusiasts trailed different establishments to taste their individual interpretations of Ceylon Arrack. Chris Pollard won the Best Cocktail award as voted by the trail’s participants, with a further Honorary Toddy Tapper accolade given to him by Ceylon Arrack.
